The Granger Company has continually formed real estate partnerships in the form of LLC that buy and hold real estate investments. Most holding periods are decades with returns will in excess of 15%. The Granger Family is generally the managing partner and often holds the largest equity stake in the investment.
Real Estate Brokerage
We represent owners and occupants in the purchasing, selling and leasing of industrial and commercial properties. We have worked extensively in this area and have focused primarly in the industrial logistics industry.
Property Management
We manage properties of all sizes and provide related services to real estate owners and investors.
Our clients have typically been with us for many years. We assist in the purchase, leasing and management of properties. Many our clients have become investors in our unique Real Estate Partnerships and Trust Deed Partnerships.
Our 43 years of focus on the Southern California industrial and commercial real estate market has given us a broad knowledge of this region and what it has to offer businesses and investors. Mark is an active Bicyclist commuting to work 3- 4 days a week. Other activities include skiing, swimming , reading and collecting photography. Mark is a licensed Real estate Broker by the Department of Real Estate in California.
